Subject: Snacks yes or noFirst post ever, hope I'm doing this right. I have just started training so that I'll be in good enough shape to start training (small steps right? ). I used to be a great runner in the Army, now near 40, have to be careful because of so many injuries. I have been sick for 2 years... been to the U of M and they can't figure it out. Went from 210 to barely 160lbs in less than 2 years... not trying. Thought that since I'm so thin, I should use my new body frame and do something positive. Here's my snacks, are these good training foods? When I run or do anything I get ravenously hungry. Will eat more small meals a day (don't have to really worry about weight gain... I'm barely holding 160 ). Almonds, yogurt, cottage cheese, Muscle Milk (mainly for breakfast ). Someone can probably answer Yes or No to this and this thread can be over without wasting any more time. Thank you in advance. Total beginner. |
