Subject: Where to run in Houston
we are traveling to houston at the end of the month, and staying downtown near the brown convention center. anyone have any suggestions for an 8 mile run in that area?

You're right near buffalo bayou and can continue onto memorial park to get in whatever distance you need. It's the start of marathon season down here now so you'll see tons of people running those trails on the weekends.

I agree! It's a great place to run.  The loop around the bayou is close to 6 miles.
