Went for a ride today and was not able to hit my 2 highest gears, frustrated and searching to try and figure out what it is on some sites but to no luck. So what does this sound like it is? Is it the derailler? Thanks

Rear Derailleur barrel adjuster. It's also possible that your rear derailleur limiter screw is mis-adjusted. There are some good video's on youtube (and I think on here as well) about derailleur adjustment.

x2.  Especially if the bike was fine before - that would make the limit screw less likely. The barrel adjuster can get shifted, or the cable can stretch a little, thowing things out of wack.  If it is the barrel, throw the bike on a stand (or hitch mount rack), and try shifting while spinning the pedals.  Turn the barrel in the direction you want the shifter to go - clockwise to get it on the smaller cogs, counterclockwise for the larger ones, depending which way the shifting is failing.

Thanks guys spent a bit of time getting accustomed with my bike the other night and got the majority of it fixed, just need to do some fine tuning. Thanks again.
