Subject: Fixing a speedplay pedal question
I noticed tonight that one of my pedals is loose and starting to move around on me. It's not the entire pedal, that's fastened into the crank arm securely. It's just the circular portion(the pedal body) that seems loose on the spindle. How do I go about tightening that down?

Your bearings might be shot.  That sounds like a typical sympton for Speedplay pedal rebuilding.

There is a little screw on the outside, this is the port to get in the grease and also one way to access the pedal assembly (if I remember correctly).

Checkout the speedplay website for technical support... http://www.speedplay.com/pubs/ZERO_Pedal_System_Instructions_1.12.09web.pdf

This may, or maynot, help. (I have assumed that you have the Zeros)

Screwdriver + grease gun = pedal fixed.
