Subject: Off Season adviceThis is my first year doing Triathlon. I plan on doing my 3rd Triathlon beginning of Oct. I've been swimming 3 days, biking 3 days, and running 3 days. I don't want to lose what I have gained. But the season is bout over. Any suggestions on how to maintain what I've gained? I was thinking of staying with 3 days a week on my run (weakest event ) and cutting back to maybe 2 days on bike and swim. Maybe adding some weights. Too much?? sound ok?? I'm open to feedback.
