Pre-race routine:

up early,all packed pm before so no worries,had alittle oatmeal and ffruit took short shower to wake up and relax, stretch.drove 20min listenin to some reggae to further relax arrived at site 1.1/2 hr earlier checked in , set bike up went back to car to listen to tunes until warmup
Event warmup:

went for 15min bike ride, checked gears, 15min slow run, 10 min stretch, 10 min swim .went off from crowd waiting for start of swim

laid bike down at half way mark rounding a corner on sand .was cruisin at nice pace, but misjugded turn...had to regroup fast mentally, try an forget about it i lost 1-3min time on cycle

Way to bounce back after a crash. I've never had one in a race, but I always assumed my desire to continue would quickly drop to around zero.
