I've got to remember I'm on a tri website.  I've had "product" in my hair.  Define "product" and define hair please?

Right now, I have to put wax in my goatee for the shows I am in...but I don't have head hair... so, besides dry skin lotion and sunblock...I don't really put anything up there..

Use it, but never on race day.  Nothing like that crap getting in your eyes.  OUCH!

And ain't nothing wrong with using product.  Especially if it is to control something that would be immensely out of control without it.

Leave in conditioner about 3 times a week or it goes where it wants to.

Go to the barber and skip the expensive salons.

You know, flashing barber pole, Big Heavy Cast Iron Chair with a leather strap hanging down on the side. (For Sharpening the straight Razor)

Best of all, no scissors. Just clippers and said Razor for me please.

Best of all, Shave and a Haircut is still under $10 US at my local barber

And no, they don't sell nor use "Product" during the cutting of my hair.

If it were not for "product", I would become an agorophobic, Oprah watching, bon bon eating mess.

I can't go out in public sans product.

I have a very light spray that I use to protect it from heat & UV damage, but you can't even tell it's there. Mousse, gel, pomade, and hair spray, on the other hand... it all feels wrong. I like my hair to feel like hair, thank you very much.

Yeah, the "Just had my hair cut at a new place" was kinda misleading too....

I use a wax-type stuff in my hair to make it shaggy and such. It smells nice, like plants, and it wasn't tested on animals (tree hugger tendencies coming out). Its called Self Control by Aveda. Superfuzz uses the guys version as well, because his hair would be brillo like without it.

Maybe one day out of the week, I put this wax/gel stuff in it.  My wife likes the "messy" look.  I try to convince her that it would be great if she applied this line of thinking to the house as well, but it appears to only apply to my hair.

x2

Almost everyday, except for during long training, races. Usually gel sometimes wax (pomade).

A whole palm full of Biolage Gelee to tame the mess that is my hair. Kiss

I don't know what I will do if that stuff is ever discontinued.
