I guess I will have to have a talk with a certain someone.  Good thing we don't mention names in here, huh?

Here is my first official weigh in

June 18th 241.6

I am excited because when I started WW 2 months ago I weighed in at 256.8!

I ate a whole ,fresh, locally grown, organic tomato this afternoon (patting myself on the back for eating a veggie! well....technically it's a fruit, but much closer to a veggie than M & M's )

weigh in today 122.8

Sorry I haven't been around much lately, life has been busy. I've decided to travel full time with my husband, which means getting everything in order here in Kalispell to be gone, shopping for a motorhome, and saying my goodbyes. It's kind of sad, but also exciting. It will be a whole new adventure

I have been getting my training in though, which helps keep me sane. And, finished my second tri (first one this year) on Sunday 14 minutes faster than my first. Yay! training does work

Thanx for your thoughts, I hope you find what you're looking for out on the road... I know the 2 wks I spent traveling cross country with 2 horse and other family members was hell. Almost literally (no air conditioning in either vehicle)

Hmmm.

You mean saling....? (Oh wait, did I just type that out loud, wait again, am I talking to myself???)

Thanks Josh. I'm not really looking for anything, well except maybe my husband He travels all over the northwest with his job and until now I visit him and he visits me. Now that our kids are grown we can live together again, but that means living in a motorhome and traveling from job site to job site.

We probably won't get out of the northwest much, but if we do get out your way I'll be sure to make you a veggie casserole

Now Roni that is just mean and uncalled for.  Two of the words I hate most in the food world at one time:  Veggie and Casserole.

Sounds like an adventure Roni and reminds me of my younger days when me and my bike would just go for a month.  We would go up to Canada and down the East coast or West to Washington and down the west coast.

Last night during rehearsal, I needed something to help me stay awake as I had been working straight for 14 hours, the only thing they had was a regular coke.  So last night I had a regular coke...I did up my calorie intake yesterday because of the extra expenditure...but they were pretty good choices...

Congrats on the weightloss, 38!

Congrats on the freedom to travel with your hubby, Ronni!

Congrats on the mostly-good food choices, runningwoof!

Congrats on spoiling the secret, Josh. Hee hee!

I love me some veggie casseroles. I love me tomatoes (and the organic/homegrown ones aren't the ones to worry about)!

Today is not working out quite as planned - so my eating will suck. Ah well.

So now you have something against casseroles, too? What have they ever done to you?

MAK, that's awesome about your first tri.... there's no feeling like getting the first one in!

38, Great job with your progress.  The skinnies here are a good conscience, at least for me anyway.

I'm off to the Windy City.  I am praying I don't go nutty -- as I'll be with a couple of non exerciser gal-palss.....but DO plan to run the Lake Shore Drive Saturday morn and pretend I live in a real city

Casseroles have a mix of stuff in them.  Usually stuff That is yucky by itself let alone mixed together.  I tried one once and it is right up there with Broccoli  the B word.

Alright, so this morning did pretty good weight wise... 187.2, though I was able to eat the allotted 6 meals. Ended up with 2 and some wine. But I worked pretty hard on the deck today. I just hope it doesn't come back to bite me in the a$$ later... Tomorrow, I have to do better, and I haven't yet made up tuesday's training (plyometrics). I do, however, have an idea, that is on sunday I'll have to include it then.

186... here I come!!!

That's alright, if cutting out sugar is key then just try not to make it a habit.... I think you're doing great!
