Grrrrrr - what have I gotten myself into?  

I'm at a weird place now... racing next weekend...don't want to overdue anything this week, but don't want to not do anything, as that will equal 2 1/2 weeks of ZERO training before a race... and I know that is no good.  

Will do a couple runs, and a couple rides this week.  Not worried about the swim... .then it's race day Sunday... I can't wait! 

ROTFL... No problem Beotch.. (somehow I knew that would be OK to type)  LOL

So when I "officially" met Chris this morning ... I really put my foot in my mouth ... (necessitating later, of course, to put his leg in my mouth ) I told him about how I stalked his clone but then realized it couldn't be him because this guy was a really good swimmer.

Good thing he has a good sense of humour by the end of the day (evening) I was stealing food off his plate. With my fingers. Then he stole some off mine and nearly got his arm bitten, too.

Also, he has booked personal swim coaching with me tomorrow at 2pm.

Not joking

I actually did bite into it, I couldn't help myself ... the lingering taste in my mouth was the tiniest bit salty but also a bit fragrant, like a nice olive oil.

I think I have a bigger crush on his wife than him! She is SO HOT. And yes, believe me, she is a MANATEE and I will tell her so. She's the one on the left.

Hahaha!  Good thing he has a sense of humour - and that he now knows stealing food from Her Yantiness is punishable by possibly losing limbs. 

Very jealous of the swim coaching session!  Geez - between you and Jo, you two almost need to have a stalk-off.  I bow to your stalking abilities. 

Oh my.  That is awesome in at least six different ways.

I just paid for the "MVP" membership on MayMyRide... this allows me to broadcast my rides live.  Anyone that is my "friend" on MapMyRide can view my live broadcasts.  

If you don't have an account with them - just go to the website (I don't think you have to get the app on your phone)... create your free account, then search for me.  Muskrat37 - Gig Harbor, WA  (I think it's case sensitive).  

When you add me as your friend, you will have access to my "live" workouts.  This will be awesome for next weeks race - if anyone wants to track my bike... (and I think it will work for the run too, although I'm not sure if you need a separate MyMyRun account).  

You get to see where I am on a map - and you can see stats (speed, pace, and it even has an elevation chart (not sure how accurate that is))... all Live... How cool is that?  Totally free to you, since I paid for the upgrade.  

I should clarify ... I will be the one coaching him.

Yep, my kid is adorable! She wanted to climb a tree with her older cousins over the weekend.  Daredevil, that child.  

I step away for five minutes.....

Yes I fart - my daughter is a ripper!  We totally lost it last night when she was just standing there after her shower letting rip.

So none of us is ladies. 

Skrat - Oly go go go.  google hook up, awesome.  910XT whatever it's called - yay!  mapmyride - wow live stalking...like I can't do that.

So what's been going on with me.  I been doing a little work on the side for Mr McCormack which is much appreciated.  So I can actually stalk him in an official capacity.

I've spoken about Vinnie Tortorich - well he's a podcaster and very entertaining.  He's a personal trainer in Hollywood I love this guy he's funny as all hell.  Anyway i got me a telephone consultation with him yesterday - legend.  Macca got me onto him.  He's good friends with Rich Roll (vegan guy).  An hour with Vinnie on the phone - got my trainiing plan all sorted, got my diet on track.

Have I mentioned he's a piglet, well of course!  I don't talk to anyone below piglet.

I don't care who's coaching whom - I'm still jealous - you get to be frolicking around in the water with some of the yummiest calves ever.   (He should be grateful for the swim coaching, he could use a little help )
