i don't know what that means, but yay!!!!

For the TdF Challenge here on BT, we were divided into teams.

All I have to say is that Team Garmin/Omega Pharma is going to win!

Wishful thinking!!  Team Cannondale/Blanco all the way!!

Is there yet any way to change blog title?

Inspires are still fached, ya? (More or less ... current date doesn't show, window keeps closing, etc.)

Yeah, inspires keep causing problems for me.  Sometimes there is text that I'm quoting, sometimes not.  And I can't figure out how to change the title either.

I think MyFitnessPal.  There is a website and an app.  App lets you scan barcodes with the camera, which makes it really easy.

Oh yeah, great job all!!!!

Unfortunately, I need to be removed from the 100% club. Sadly enough, I think I was 36/37.

Of course you are right.  I got carried away and did not go back far enough to see the missed jogo because you were such an overachiever with your 37 days right from the start.  June 19th was questionable too because you were 1 min 36 seconds away from a jogo so I rounded up for you.        Flipper flap spanks (yes, it is okay to enjoy them) for missing a day and a minute.

Just signed up for the Watermelon 5k. I haven't done a stand alone 5k in 2 or 3 years, so this should prove interesting!

Meh, spent nearly all day fitting new flight deck, cables, rear derailleur, front derailleur, cassette and chain. Hardest part was getting the indexing done, 2 facheing hours of potching with it and still don't think it's spot on.

Very cool! Love it when races do something different... and usable.

That's the first race medal I've seen that I'd actually be pumped to get :)  Another reason your race was awesome!

Okay, just to get THAT image out of all of our heads ... by replacing it with worse ones :D

Chris made me promise not to publicly post the underwater swim video of him, but he never said anything about stills Innocent actually I did tell him about the Manatees (of course!) and said I'd be posting it here.

I'm pretty sure any of you can tell me what is SERIOUSLY wrong in these pictures ... (both sides, so this is not a one-side fluke)

I ain't no swimmer, and I just had a very frusterating, sad, fachmie-I-haven't-been-spending-enough-time-in-the-water swim, but your boy has no EVF.  I think you're going to need to work with him A LOT to get that sorted.  You may have to give him some kinesthetic cuing.  And we need more stills :)

I don't, that's why it's taken all day plus, I guess it's better to have wrenching skills, and not wenching skills ( how I read it 1 st time around)

HA!  They sure as hell scared ME when I first posted the pic! I'm wearing that shirt at work right now which I think has caused some of my co-workers some distress as they have NO idea why I'm wearing it.

What a great way to celebrate - I'm looking forward to reading the RR!!
