Subject: RE: CO 10-lb challengeI know we are supposed to start on Oct 1st but seeing as i start my training week on Monday i started today. I weighed in at 174.6 my goal is to get down to under 165 so this works out perfectly.
My plan is to do masters swim on monday and wednesday with core training and stretching in the evening. then weights on tuesday, thursday and saturday followed by cardio (long runs or interval running ). and hopefully a long bike ride on either saturday or sunday. i'm getting my strength training from Tripower which includes a strength, core and flexibility programs.
