It was kind of hot, in an Angelina-Jolie-wins-the-Oscar (remember that moment?) kind of way.

The media were initially reporting it was his girlfriend, because it was kind of, um, passionate.

Ooooh yeah. I have not seen them in action. They got good moves?

There's also Australian swimming sisters Bronte and Cate Campbell ...

No kidding, right? Wow, I just want to sink my teeth into that. She's actually even better on moving camera than stills, and she looks *good* even with running face. Yeee-hah.

And the CONSUMMATE athlete.

The Schwaiger sisters (volleyball) are actually quite good. They handed Misty May Treanor and Kerri Walsh Jennings their first olympic loss in a set!

I am crushin' by the minute here.

Totally fell in love with Tunisian distance swimmer Oussama Mellouli's smile. Wait, he has a hot bod and is smokin' fast too? Who knew?

I don't know if it's sad or just fact - I think the woman olympians are more attractive than a lot of the men olympians. Although I do appreciate the ripped-ness of the men!

And I think some of the women should get disqualified because they look like men!  Hey - they judge other things...and honestly, it might be due to steroids or male hormones!!

OK - I remembered a crush. This one is probably not agree-able by all. But I think it was the first time - in my life time (or at least what I remember)- that a swimmer crushed the field at an Olympics.

I also think it's cool that his dad was an Olympic swimmer - shows genetics don't hurt, eh? And that he hadn't really been swimming for all that long...

Other than being madly in love with the entire men's decathlon field (they all look like they just stepped off a GQ cover! All of them! Lotsa lotsa shaved boys, too) ...

If I thought Oussama Mellouli was hot BEFORE ... he won a bronze medal in the 1500 free (gold in Beijing) and right now he's competing in the 10K OWS!!! Wow!

The 10K is REALLY hard to qualify for. Only 25 competitors are allowed. And clearly he was keeping up a pool training and competing regimen as well.

Wow--if that dude can swim like the Kenyans run then I might fall for him!  Embarassed to admit but as a teen my Oly crush was Sebastien Coe; had the hots for elite milers in general. (With parents living in Eugene and all the big meets there, I still get to indulge in that.) I had a pinup pic of Coe.  But now that he's "old" and the Games organizer, no attraction whatsoever......
