I may be pushing that 5-6 hour mark, but I will finish. Lance That is the spirit...My first was 5:18, now I am shooting for 3:05-3:10 at TCM. The full marathon does take a lot out of your bidy (and knees for that matter)...give it another week or so, you will hit your taper and then you will be itching to run! One thing that I have found that works wonders for me, especially after long runs, is ice baths! 20lbs of ice in a tub with cold water, sit in it until the ice melts (usually about 20-30 minutes) and then take a hot shower...legs feel great!
