I am toying with doing both. I must decide soon. But I am hesitant to commit to Soma. Money is the issue and it is nonrefundable.
It would be cool either way. Seems to be a big group doing the Nathans and an equaly big group doing Soma with a handfull doing both.
I will see when it gets closer. If I feel froggy enough for both. I don't want to bite off more than I can chew.

I'm in for the sprint.  It will be my first ever tri.  I'm hoping not to drown in Tempe Town Lake.  I'm praying I won't get lost during the bike portion and I'm going to cross my fingers that by the time I get to the run, I'll still have enough energy to get those last 3.1miles.

Maybe we should bring a shade cover for all the Family and what not. And some coolers and *beer* and have a good old fashion Bar-B-Q after the race.

Sadly I will not be racing but I will be there to support both the club and my brothers Grim. I have decided that I will wait a while longer before doing my first tri. I'm thinking the thanskgiving reverse sounds fun.

Has anyone else done that one?

I just thought of something. I know we have cycling jerseys, tri shorts, and running jerseys. What about just plain old tee shirts for those of us not racing? I still want to show support for my club even if I'm not racing.

I LOVE reverse tris!!!!!  And I ALWAYS do the Thanksgiving day one!  DO IT!!

Oh...and that's what the tech T's are for.....to wear to support the club, not so much to run in.

But if I want to run in the tech T, I can right? I mean your not going to push me down and kick me if I want to run in it......right? Or are you just going to push me down and kick me anyway?

What are you complaining about, you are the OX, that is what we are suppose to do. Push your big butt down and kick the crap out of you.

I know I enjoyed it when we were younger. Of course you are a little bigger now, so it's harder to get you down. Is Ox tipping anything like Cow tipping? ...MOOOOOOOO!

If there is a tech top out at the ride on Sunday I will try it on and possibly give you money then if they are still available.

I have to go, I think I hear Adam crying in the closet. I need to get him a cloth to clean the sand out of his clit. EMO's SUCK!!!!!

Crashed coming down Summit Rd on South Mountain. Broken collarbone.

Thank goodness for good pain meds.

Going to end up doing a lot of bike work on a trainer.

Jot - sorry to hear about your injury.  Hope you heal fast.  If you're not doing Nathan's this year, who is going to stop and offer help when I double flat on the bike course?

You think I could have CandiceP ride up along side of me and smack my about halfway through the bike section to motivate me like a good domestic?

I like the disipearing into the mist thing. If my wife did that once in a while we would still be married.
