Pre Race Prayer Service at Nathans this year.

I have joined up with Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA) Endurance and we will be doing a pre race prayer and short message Sunday morning before Nathans. I have been doing these 10-15min pre-race prayers and messages at the motocross races around Arizona for the last 3 years. It has been a huge success and now I hope to bring the same encouraging messages to the triathlon world. I hope to see you all there.

Oh yeah, it is hard to tell from the tiny picture. One of my favorite lines is in that movie. Something like, "I am trying out a new sport, yogging, it's french, aparently you just run"

OK all. It is now less then a week from Nathans. Hands to show those that are ready. Notice I didn't raise my hand. I feel so not ready.

This is a much bigger race then my first and I feel there is a good chance I will end up being last. Well I guess that is my second goal (not to finish last), first is to finish alive.

I feel I am ready enough. I want to do good, but after the OWS at the Splash and Dash, I will really need to have a miracle swim to do real well.

I got an aero helmet for the bike ride. I don't know if it will make me go any faster but it should make me look a little faster. LOL I am going to take out my slime tubes with week and just put in some Spin Skinz kevlar linars. This should lighten up the wheels a bit and be good for not getting flats.
