So are they going to show the AG'ers coming out of the water or do they just follow the pros all day?

I think you have your answer, now.

So lets hear it Bryan how bad you wishing you were out there?

It's actually amazing to watch after having done it as it seems so familiar. I'm excited to watch, I'm glad I've taken some time off from IM, and I feel good waiting to go back in 2010. We need to get you healthy and be there as well, Mike, you would love this race.

Nice.....

I absolutely want to get here. Just need to get healthy again. I love 70.3 too. So Clearwater is another destination that I enjoy too. God I miss training.

Are you kidding me? ? ?

Look at all the camera positions out there.  A ton more than last year.  This is like watching it on a major TV production.

This is Awsome Coverage! ! ! !

did you hear them all talking about how they don't like the speed suits. I kind of agree. But it's tough because Tri is so techno driven...

They don't seem to like speedsuits, but like aerohelmets.

So if I'm following an AG'er athlete via athletetracker on ironman.com, how long is the delay from when an athlete finishes a segment to when it gets posted?

You maen out of aero. There are a lot of long, gradual rollers out there where you can sit up for a bit of a stretch on the Queen K.

Potts out quickly in the first segments. This race is going to be a fantastic marathon later on... lots of great runners in the field.
