Yes, my favorite parts of the workouts are the body weight ones, more so than the kettlebell swings or whatever. On Fridays it is called Friday Fitness Fun and we can pick our own workouts. I sometimes do the Warmup Workout, which is all of the body weight exercises (10 each of pushups, pullups, squats, dips, situps ) done in as many rounds as possible (AMRAP ) in 20 minutes. Pretty much my favorite workout. |
