I hope you don't mind I froze the top 3 columns and rows so they would always show as folks scroll around the spreadsheet.

I didn't share this week, 'cause I was lazy from last Fri until yesterday.

But, since we started the spreadsheet, I guess I should - I put down yesterday's weight - up 3.1

awesome start.  I just need to stay on track, and not let myself not track!

Thanks for keeping me accountable

Hey All,
Looking forward to weighing in tomorrow. Got in a long ride on Sat for the first time in a while. Felt great, and I am a little sore.

Woo hoo!!! I'm down to 179.8, having started at 185.2! This is the first time in over 5 years that I've been under 180! Triathlon training sure is working! Now I've come down with a wicked head/chest cold that's slowing me down. Hope it doesn't last long!

169.4 this week.  Down 0.4 from last week, but still up overall.  Guess that's what I get for not tracking for 4 days in a row.

You'd think putting my weight out there for others to see would be of some motivation....ohh well, I still have 13 more weeks, right?

Bad week last week, and right now I'm fighting the flu and my body is all messed up.  Hopefully things are better next week.

OK, about the spreadsheet, I dont know about the sharing to other accounts and stuff.  All I know is that if you log into Google with the btchallenge/challengeforum identity that you can access the spreadsheet.  If you know how to share the document, then go in there and share it with yourself.  Otherwise, you will have to sign into Google as btchallenge each time you want to view or update.

If anyone out there knows more about GOogle docs, please advise.  Just making the spreadsheet in there exhausted my capabilities!

"btchallenge/challengeforum identity"

I have no clue what identity this is?

Yay! 218.5 today. I was starting to get a little discouraged. I'm thinking I may be going back up before down, the ortho said to take it easy with repetitive motion for a little while until the inflammation subsides, but that I should go ahead and lift weights to help strengthen in the mean time. So it's light weightlifting and swimming with the buoy for a little while.

This was not easy. I just barely squeaked by. The running is helping, despite some horrible (horribly yummy) meals.

Starting weight: 165.5
Jan 12: 163.5
Jan 18: 163.5

I'll take it. I've been great about the activity. Not so great about the eating. Like they say, you can't out train a bad diet. Hopefully I can get my act together this week. Just want to be in the 150s again (even if it is 159.5)

Hi, I'm Jeff.
Hope I'm not too late.

Right now I'm 158lbs and I'd like to race at 145lbs.  I'll access spreadsheet and get up to speed.

Good Luck everyone!

212.4 this morning.
Feeling good about fitness and diet. Trying not to bake anything too yummy.
Figure I will cheat when I get in the long workouts!
Trying not to train to eat, but it is so hard. I love to get in a good cheat here or there, and the training is always my excuse.

I like how someone else put it, you can't out train a bad diet.
