306.4 this morning.  Yay for not blowing it at camp!  

 

Btw my short term goal is to do my first race in 5 weeks under 300 (and hopefully closer to 295).

Up 1/2 lb., which means I'm back to my starting weight.  Had a hard time this week.  I had respite relief this weekend and almost went on a - never going to lose the weight - who am I kidding I'll never be able to do a Tri - how'd I get myself in this mess - pity party food binge.  Probably didn't help that I missed church too, but I'm too self conscious of how I look, even to friends, to go out.  Seclusion is part of caregiver syndrome also so that probably doesn't help either. 

Sorry all, just needed to vent.

Still on the downward slide, but significantly slowed this week. Probably because I haven't been as strict about watching what's going in me and about one little handful of chips here and there.

Going in the right direction.  Actually exercised 6 out of 7 days...  That makes 7 of last 30.....

8/4 - 236  - Yeah going in the right direction.  Dr says need to lose weight, so it is no longer an option.

8/11/09 - 233 - Great week...  Pushed thru a couple days I did not want to exercise.  See Dr. On Friday, she should be a little happier

The past two weekends have been killing me - BBQ's.  It the only time I eat chips and dip and have more than a couple of beers.  I weighed in Sunday morning at 192.5! but Monday was 4 pounds more.  I have to figure out how to keep the weekends from killing me like that (I know, eat less chips, dip and beer - its hard not to graze at a cookout, but I'm getting better.)

I know I am a day late had to leave very early yesterday and returned late for business. I did not get to exersize, oh well have rest of week to make up for it, swimming today.

Half way to my goal!

Had a big loss last week was sick I had streep. I did not eat hardly anything for two day. The sickness along with my exersize and reduction in calories has paid off. I am trying to exersize atleast 5 times a week and reduce calorie intake under 2000.

So this week was not great - 189.8, same as last week's weigh-in. Not pretending surprise here - consumption was up, training was not. I'm disappointed in myself, though. It's about to get very rough for the next couple of weeks. I'm moving, so there will be a lot of car time, fewer exercise opportunities, and the stress and fatigue that comes with packing, moving, and setting up again. I'll do my best, but the coming stretch has me worried.

Plus... my gym refused to allow me to take their scale with me. How insensitive!! So I'll also be weighing in on a random selection of scales for at least the next three weigh-ins.

Yippee! All my tests came back okay.  The doc has okayed my returning to exercise. Just not go crazy since I'm somewhat out of shape and haven't been working out in  a while.  I'm very happy!

great job, 10 pounds already. Keep it up!

 Thanks! :D  This site has really helped keep me focused.  I think I started to late this year to squeeze in a tri/du/aquathlon, but I'm going to go shoot for a 5k in early October.  Hopefully by next spring, I'll be in shape to tackle something more challenging (and fun!).
