I'm following two local guys, one pro Lewis Elliot and an 20-24 AG'er Bryan Melnuk who trains with my coach. Lewis was 26 mph through the first 5 miles and Bryan was 23+. Jacob came through in 22mph. Last year I only averaged 20.57 through there. |

My buddy Bryan is through there at 23.5mph, beats my 21.97! He's a monster on the bike. He did a 100 mile training ride averaging around 25mph this past Spring! Kid's super fast.
