perkins_jerryw - 2009-02-24 10:57 AM OK - so I am sure all of you know this, but I have never actually used the nutrition logs before.  I was playing in the graphs and just noticed that I can now graph such items as sodium intake, protien.carbs.  Just wanted to share with those that have not logged yet!
I didn't know it had graphing features! I love graphs! :p

I also just learned that when you select blog and choose nutrition (instead of actual or planned) then click a freind it showeds you their meals.  That is how I finally figured out that Zilla has her nutrition log marked private.

So is Zilla actually NOT a failure???

Well the rules did say it needed to be displayed and a private log is not "really" displayed.  In my humble opinion everyone should display everything and leave nothing private - your thoughts?

If you would rather display your privates than the FAILED avatar, well...go right ahead!

PS - Due to Jerry's brilliance if you are using the BT logging you do not need to post a seperate food list!

Carry on!

I don't think it would be appropriate for me to display my privates here.  Somewhere else ... sure.  Just not here.  I will stick with failed for now because I SUCK!!

I've not eatin' lunch yet.  I can only imagine what Trix will want.

Muffins!!!!!

So what are we all looking on BT when we are supposed to be working or is everyone here independently wealthy and doesn't have to work.

How am I supposed to explain to my boss why I keep bursting out laughing? Trust me my job isn't that funny.

Yes, I would enjoy a meat product. Yes, and possibly a potato product as well, of the fried variety maybe. A nice carbonated and caffeinated tasty beverage would also hit the spot.

Police Report 2/24

ALMOST A PERFECT DAY!! HOORAY! But tkdteacher had to ruin it and will keep with the FAILED avatar another 2 days! COME BACK to the Dark Side! Hell if Zilla passed the day then EVERYONE CAN! :p

NOTE: Since I can spy on your food logs now (blame JERRY) it seems as if some people are not logging their complete day! It only benefits you, just saying!

Unless you really did just have cookies and chicken alfredo! OR a muffin and a Pepsi! HA HA!!!

I'm down with that, as long as I'm required to log calories too.

Hey!!!  And it was a muffin and a COKE!!!  And that was just breakfast.  What you don't see logged (yet) is the Happy Meal, the abysmal amount of beer, a little something from an undefined food group and the late night Coke and Taco Bell bean burrito.  Ugh.  But the gurgling and popping in my tummy did keep me awake driving back to Tucson.

Well then the gurgling and popping was worth it huh?

What exactly is an "undefined food group" Missy?

I did not join this challenge, due to being absent for a while.  However, I have recently started logging my nutrition.  I have never done that before and man it's quite an eye opening experience.  I never realized how many calories are in EVERYTHING.  WTF!  I mean really man, what is the deal with everything being loaded with garbage!  Well anyway, I have been watching this thread and have been inspired (as well as amused) to log it all.  Just thought I would drop in and give my two sense worth.

Ok then missy exactly what is an undefined food group. Please explain. I'm waiiiting.

Okay, it's 10 p.m. and since I didn't get any miles in for the bike challenge I figured I could at least do my nutrition challenge.

This has been an eye opener for me. I'm still not sure what my total intake should be but I seem to average anywhere from about 1500-1800 calories. I need to go back and look at previous posts and go to the web sites that were suggested so I can find out where I should be. I think I'm eating too many calories.
