Im a bit biased as I train/race with a PM, but the LP course seems like a great course to use one. you can go 300+ watts on some gradual climbs early in a race and it feels like 250..... m 1st half, I was going up a hill at a good clip, arond 250-270 watts or so early on, and just being passed by everyone. I vivdly recall a 250 pound guys and a 110 pound girl.....to only later watch them both walking the run...... definitely watch your pace on the climbs.... |
