9/1/08: 234 So far so good. This past week was tough: the pool at the Y was closed for cleaning all week, and missed my end of the week run due to some pain behind my knee (in the crook of the back of my knee). Since I couldn't run or swim on Friday or Saturday, I did some resistance training instead. I'm thinking it's time to start incorporating a little of that into the weekly routine... Can't wait to get back into the pool this week. Supposedly my Masters swim team sessions starts this week (once per week with the team, two workouts on our own time), so that'll be great. Plus, the knee feels much better now. I'm looking forward to resuming the Couch to 5K program. The wife wants us to start spin classes. I realize it's not quite the same as the real deal (I'm not looking to start a debate ), but for someone who doesn't own a bicycle (and won't until Christmas, probably) it'll be as close to cycling training I can get for a while... and hey, it all adds up, right?
