My week was supposed to be 5 miles today, 9 tomorrow, 5 Thursday, and 14 Saturday. I'm considering revising to (at least) 6 tomorrow, 4 Thursday, and then doing the 14 on Saturday. Any thoughts? Cutdown should be fine and if you're feeling run down, then it's absolutely necessary. Take the long run more slowly than usual, especially in the beginning. |
