Comments: Ready, set, go run uphill! Right off the bat the hill comes at you nice and steep. My heart rate went above 90% immediately and stayed there. This was the second hardest 10K race that I have ever done (the first hardest is the Vail 10K at 10,000 feet or perhaps the TEVA Trail Running Championship course at Vail), it makes the Boulder Bolder course look feel like a downhill course. What would you do differently?: Not much... I ran is hard as I could today. Post race
Warm down: Chilled (literally - it was cold) and waited for the results and the awards ceremony. What limited your ability to perform faster: The hills, the cold, the ice on trail but mostly having raced a 5K the night before. Event comments: I enjoyed racing this. It was fun to hang out with Dave and Meg after the race and I am pleased with my back to back AG wins with my 5K on NYE and thi 10K on New years day. Last updated: 2008-01-02 12:00 AM

Woke up early on not much sleep. I had those wake up 6:30's, wash my mouth its filthy, drink a cup a coffee and go race away my hang-over blues...
Jogged up the rode with KiloDave to and watered a tree.
