Subject: RE: P90X

My workout partner and I did the P90 routine a few years ago.  We were both trying to get back in shape.  Let me tell you, it works but you have to do the work and it is hard work.

P90x is good too but the workouts are a lot more advanced and much longer.

If you've ever done the P90 program, you know you watch and hear the same DVD over and over and over and you start to anticipate what Tony Horton is going to say next and some of it is very corny after you hear it 500 times.  To this day, we still quote a lot of Tonyisms and in fact, I secretly put a pic of Tony on his handlebars before the race.  I told him to ask Tony for help if he feels like quitting.  All joking aside, P90 worked great for us.  If you do the workouts and watch your diet, you will shed pounds and put on muscle and increased your cardio fitness.  It's a good mix.
