Woke up at 6:30, ate breakfast and drove down to Ocean Isle

Event warmup:

Warmup was pretty much walking down to pick up my race packet, it was pretty cold out.

Comments:

I was supposed to do 11 miles, but wanted to see what kinda shape I was in for MB, so my plan was to start out slow and finish strong, I felt like I ran smart.

What would you do differently?:

I could have pushed the pace harder, but my plan was to hold off till mile 9 and that's what I did.

Event comments:

Overall a fun race to do, I've done it for the past few years. It's small enough that maybe next year I'll try to place.
