Historically MNC teams are Senior laden with a few Juniors who declare early. I would guess that is why we have the 6-1 record.

Believe me I am not taking the "Fighting Chippewa's" lightly at all! LeFevor is a great QB.

Factoid for you here Bear....the Dawgs are 6-1 v the Defending National Champs the year after they won the title (see '04 UGA 45 v LSU 16, and '07 UGA 45 v UF 30 as recent examples)

Eh, I can wish, can't I? Truth be told, we're losing (I think) eleven starters and, over the past two years, probably seven NFL 1st round draft choices (Glenn Dorsey, Ali Highsmith, and Early Doucet this year to go with the four last year). Next season will be a reloading rebuilding year for us.

Not to mention the greatest D coordinator ever to coach at teh school.

Where's he going again?

Who?

Got myself a "BONES" t-shirt for Christmas this year. I think it matches the billboard off of S. 9th Street quite nicely... "BOFENSE"

The most vocal fans around here are saying good riddance. We'll see.

Mmm hmm. All the LSU fans I know love him. That's OK. Loser's lament and such. That's like when the star QB or RB passes up his senior year for the NFL or something -- ``That traitor. I never liked him anyway. He wasn't that good of a QB/RB. Blah blah blah.''

Yeah, except they were trying to get rid of him before he left. Exactly how many "LSU fans" do you know , anyway?

Yep.  Lots of folks thought his defensive schemes were being figured out quickly and wanted him gone in the latter half of the season.

But what would we know?
