What would you do differently?: Start way up front. Don't be afraid! Transition 1
Comments: Tried to eat energy bar while putting on sneakers but it was too chewy. Didn't have enough time after chewing to drink enough. What would you do differently?: Eat something different. Bike
What would you do differently?: Better water bottle so I can drink easier. Get a racing bike! Transition 2
Run
Comments: Actually "ran" the whole thing. What would you do differently?: Train more for the run. Need stonger legs so the bike doesn't kill me as much. Post race
