Subject: RE: 2005 Colorado Triathlon schedule haa haa - thanks. It depends on your objectives for BPT - if you need to spin up to the base of the hill at 75-80 that is fine too. Just make sure you practice that, ya know. It's about a 6 mile uphill gradual climb to the base of Olde Stage, then the fun begins ;- ) - the next 10-20 minutes are hard, but you are rewarded with lots of downhill after that.
