You can go to www.feltracing.com and click on Find A Dealer, type in your zip and have a list of shops you can call. I looked and there were a couple on there I'm sure carry Felt bikes, but not tri bikes. I think that would be your best bet. Campus Cycles used to carry them but I don't think they do any more.

I went to the Felt site and then got on the phone with all stores listed including Boulder and Colorado Springs.  At the time, I actually found the best selection (in my size range) down in the Springs at ProCycling.  Your mileage may vary.

I tried to find an S32 this fall, wasn't one in the entire state. Their national sales manager hangs out on, not sure if I can utter the words here, S l o w t w i t c h, and is alwasy very responsive if he's not flying around the globe. You can PM him there at SuperDave, great guy.

I think it will depend on what you want and how fast you want it. When I went to Pedlr this fall, they only had one the really nice B2s.
