Comments:

Nice close run. Though if it was hot the return run from the out and back course would be very hot.
What would you do differently?:

Maybe drink a little more and hold back a tad, that last mile took way too long!

Warm down:

Food, snap some pics. Winston won the 70-74 age group and Keith finished second in 40-99 Clydesdales.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Too much holiday food!

Event comments:

This was a nice small race. They do get the worst tasting water on the race course award. That first water stop UGH!
