I don't get the skewered HR readings. How can it get like that? a 9:28 mile at a 127 avg? then it jumps and gets slower?

Hi Lucy:

First my apologies for the unsolicited email. Socks pointed out the names of a few local triathletes and you seem to be in my neighborhood. I am looking for a few peopl to train with. Can't say I am ready to signup for any races yet, especially since I have yet to swim a lap in the pool.

I live in FH (Bridgedale) right around the corner from the aquatic ctr. Is there a group of folks training here? Do you all have a specific swim, bike and run training sessions I could join? I usually ride around FH (Boyette loop), and am running 5-6 miles (inside FH out to FHBlvd and in at Publix.

Not a great swimmer and have been avoiding the pool, but am waking up to reality, and I DO wanna tri again. So, I am looking for a local group of people with the same interests. I must add that I train when I can and when not working rather spend time with my wife and kids than anything else, but all requires balance (No?)

I must add that I love your pics and comments on your races. U seem like the kind of spirited person anyone and I want to train with.
