friend want to do a tri Lake Geneva

will try to do this spring. i weigh 288# and 6' 2" and hope this helps me lose a few #'s. my girlfriend is also participating. if i finish this i'm shooting for under 2 hours(45 min swin 45 minute bike and 30 minute run). i did the kickapoo dam challenge without training and it was real tough, i hope to do better this time. back in the day i could do miles in under a 4:45 pace so i have a long way to go to come close to that. this is a great site and lots of good information.
