Hi, I know I'm starting the thread early, but - well, I'm off to PA in the morning.  Not sure when I will be able to check in.

I hope you all have a wonderful week!

Hey everyone - quick posting to let  you know I won't be around today and not sure  when I will be back on line

I'm flying to PA today and my new job starts tomorrow.  I'm not sure what my access will be like and whether or not I'll get a laptop. I've asked for one, so I'm hopeful that I'll be back on line tomorrow sometime.

Have a great day!

I haven't logged on in a while, since I had not been doing WW. Then I saw the scale go up 10 pounds over the holidays, freaked out, and rejoined last night. I'm up 15 pounds total since I stopped going to meetings, and that is just not cool. So, I weighed in at 285 (grrrrr) for my start weight. Today I'm already showing 283, so I must have been retaining something awful last night!

well, I think this new job is going to be good for my weight loss efforts!

I'm on the third floor, so lots of extra steps - I'm living by myself during the week, mostly that sucks, but.......at least i have total control over what goes into my mouth and there is no tempting food

this will be my 4th night here and I'm finding I am so exhausted that I am going to bed early.  I'll be anxious to see what the scale reads when I get back home this weekend

I don't think I'm going to buy a scale

hope everyone is doing well

Sigh. Gained 1.6 this week. Last week's weight - 143.6 This week's weight - 145.2 The roller coaster ride continues. I just want a nice downward graph instead of all the zigzags. Hope everyone else is having a much better weight loss week!

I have been gone for a while but now I am back in the game - so far down 14.6lbs since Christmas.

I gained some weight this weekend (from 214.6 - 217) due to water retnetion, but then all of as udden I dropped back to 213.6 - and now today I am at 212.4.  I tell you I love loosing the weight, but the water retention around certain times is not good for the ego!

Congrats on the new job!!!  And great job everyone!

I was down 1 lb at WI today, so that was good.  Finally going in the right direction!

Have a great weekend!

Laurie

Looks like there have been a few ups and some downs, but no drastic ups!

everyone should still feel good about the direction they are heading

I'll post my weight tomorrow morning
