Swim
Comments: Passed two racers and was not passed. Had to resort to breaststroke after about 300 yards. What would you do differently?: Need to work on my swim. Transition 1
Comments: Sat down to put on cycling shoes and got distracted. Grabbed my running shows and got one on before I realized what an idiot I am. What would you do differently?: THINK! Bike
Comments: I and the woman in front of me kept trading positions back and forth. Passed a few people, got passed by a few. What would you do differently?: Need new shoes, the ones I have are too tight. Need to work on keeping a more steady cadence. Transition 2
Comments: Quick transition. Felt like I REALLY had to pee but the feeling left after a 1/2 mile into the run. What would you do differently?: Not much. Run
Comments: Slow, glute was REAL tight. Did not get into the zone until the second mile. What would you do differently?: NOT drink OJ. Had horrible heartburn during the run. Post race
Warm down: Stretched, drank gatorade and ate a bagel. Watched the kids tri. What limited your ability to perform faster: Not enough training. Event comments: Great small race. Good for those who have never done tris or for geting back into the season. Last updated: 2008-01-14 12:00 AM

Stretched, set up transition area, had PB&J about 1 hour before race. Also had a glass of OJ.
My splits might not add up to final time exactly as the race clokc and mine were off a bit.
