Comments:

This was not an "A" race for me. It was a trial run for my Half Iron in March and June. We paced my first 10k very easy, the 3rd 5k a little faster and the last 3.8 miles were balls to the wall.Last mile was a 6:41..HELL YEAH!

What would you do differently?:
