Subject: Anyone here speak Russian?

I am looking for the translation of the word "Wormwood." All of the online translators I have tried put the word in Russian letters, I would like to know the Russian pronunciation of ther word.

TYVVM!

Wormwood is "po-lyn", it is very bitter herb with a strong smell. What prompted you to look for it? I hope it is not a Chernobyl urban legend?

May be.. too many different translations are out there, it looks like absinthe is one of many kinds of this herb - Absinthium. I think you are right though http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Artemisia_absinthium/>

Yea...I am afraid so. :shame:

(hangs head in shame, feels the warmth of blushing form the embarrasment and walks away.) At least I did try to verify before spreading said urban legend.
