SO i scammed a heap of "trail" roo of my meat supplyer at work and have it broken down in my freezer at home. He just wants me to ge seafood for his christmass BBQ.

Its great, High protein, iron and b vits, extreemly low in fat.
Made a roo chilli, great. little dry just more tomato next time.
So in theory its real good for me, i run my diet at c40p30f30 like i always have and well the alcohol filled fuel cell is getting smaller and my legs are inflating (skate pants are tight on my thighs which are naturally muscular) i think im on to a good thing lets see any way.
Roo steaks, perfect nice and rare.
roo lasagne, the best.
Roo curry, strange have to work on curry paste for it flavour of the meat is a little over the top when braised like that.
It seems to be the same price as turkey here and well all the turkey i get is frozen and steriod pumped where roo is a big bastard of an animal.
Going to get Emu next and give that a shot.

Ps.
Im still working on my recipie list for energy bars, recovery food, pre race meals and general health eating one day it will be posted (weather has been to good and work has been too long)

Yeah Kangaroo,
they are pest sorta , thats cause they get booted from their habitat by development and now overpopulate the little areas left for them to live.
They are also a very good source of protein

For some reason, this was a suggested thread at the bottom of another thread I was reading, and I felt the need to revive it. We make kangaroo sliders with a tomato chutney and they are pretty darn amazing.
