Wow, how cool! I'm glad I came to the forum and saw this thread. This is good motivation and I realize I can get a 5K in afterall - I'm not that tired after reading what everyone else is doing.

Me.... took a week off running for calf sprain, back on the horse tonight, starting couch to 5K week 8 over, since I was in the middle of that...

Finally got off my butt to start to train again.  Swam 2500 yds before work, did a little lifting at lunch.  Would've liked to do a little run since it IS running season but bagged it.  That was enough for fir the first day back in weeks.
