Not sure the plan for March. Following what coach tells me. Hopefully start to add some more run mileage. I do have a 75 mile bike tomorrow and a century at the end of the month, so March bike mileage will likely be a little higher.

I felt good about this month even though I had to miss 2 days total.  I'm short 40 miles on the bike, 10 miles on the run, and 3,500y on the swim.  March, April and May look to be a tad more volume.

This month I'm not sure as I don't have my training plan but everything should be more. I'm in the bike challenge for 400 miles. Bike miles vary so much if I do trainer or outdoor rides..trainer rides are shorter. I hope the snow is gone for good. I'm going on a cruise so that may make training a bit odd for a few days. I'm guessing run will be more like 65 and swim more like 25K.

I looked back and Feb I almost did the exact same time/distance in s/b/r as I did the month before my HIM which one of the weeks was a tapering week. IM training is for sure more volume.

Very pleased with February, my second month of tri training, and looking forward to increased volume in the coming months. More cycling in March (34 mile round trip commutes 2-3 times a week will help) and more efficient swimming are in the plans.

This is still pre-training season. Got about three weeks before I amp up the intensity.

I am a total newbie and just started my triathlon training mid February. My goals are pretty modest in comparison with many of you. I am taking a tri-sport conditioning class which I think will really help my swimming and running skill and endurance. For running and swimming my big goals are improvement in form and increasing distance without needing to stop and rest so much.

My goals for March:
Bike: 150 miles
Run: 6h
Swim:12 hrs
