Run
Comments: Started of nice and slow and then picked up the pace after about 2k. Kept a nice rythm and only stopped at the water stations (every 3k) for the time to take a drink and then picked up running again. Ran the first 10k with out a walk break. Then started to do a walk break at each water station. Was feeling good until about 18k when the left IT band started to tighten. Pushed it a little and then had to spend more time walking the last 2.5k. Ran in the last 750 meters and was glad to finish. What would you do differently?: Do more build up training. Basically, longest run until the race was 14k since November. Other than the IT Band, felt really strong and I'm sure I could have done much better without the problems at 18k. Post race

Bagel for breakfast. Up at about 6:45am and met guys at 8:15 for drive to Burlington. Arrved at Burlington at 9amish and found parking close to finish line. Wandered the tents and chatted.
