Swim
Comments: Pretty solid swim. The first turning bouy was hard due to current pushing us off course. Hard a pretty good swim What would you do differently?: Need more sprint training and improve breathing. Transition 1
Comments: Gettign onto the bike was okay. But a fairly strong head wind prevented me really getting into my stride early. What would you do differently?: Better training in Swimming will improve this transition area Bike
Comments: Good Ride. Tough into the wind. Travelling northbopund in the mid 40, turn and then lucky to get above 28km/h. What would you do differently?: Gatorade mix was too strong. Need to dilute the mix. Still short on fluids Transition 2
Comments: Struggled with Socks and for some reason stopped for a drink of water?? What would you do differently?: Buy new running shoes which do not require socks Run
Comments: Pretty happy with my time. Could have been a bit quicker. Got into a bit of a rut and struggled on the run What would you do differently?: More hydration will assist on the run. Post race
