I am thinking about doing her masters class a couple of times a week her name is Ashley Whitney. It is just for triathletes as well.Check it out! |

Member 8 | Subject: RE: Middle Tennessee Swim coach? Anyone This class is HIGHLY recommended....I took the one in Feb and it has been a great help. Ashley and Dee (co-coach) are great to work with. The class is somewhat large but they do a great job in individualized attention. Well worth the time/money. Rich |

Expert 769 Murfreesboro, Tennessee | Subject: RE: Middle Tennessee Swim coach? Anyone I'm training in Murfreesboro with Team ASK (Athletes for Special Kids). We are obligated to raise $500 for the Mach Tenn tri in Tullahoma on June 7, but we do get the benefit of group training and the former Oakland High School swim coach trains us twice a week on our swimming. |
