Buffalo or Liberty Olympic Distance?

I haven't done either, but think that the Buffalo Tri definitely has the best website. It looks like they put a lot of time and effort into the event. I also like a bigger feel, so my vote would be for Buffalo.

I'm doing both (Buff Oly and Liberty Long) this year, but have only done Buffalo in the past.  Buffalo is a quality event and they have managed to lure pros Natasha Badmann and Chris Leigh there twice in a row to race at the venue.  Buffalo has changed the long event bike course to eliminate the confusion about the inner loop. Should be a good change.

I volunteered at Buffalo last year and thought it was nice.  The crowd isn't too huge.  You do have to run up a very slippery, muddy, slope to the T area... But the park and surrounding area is very pretty (and hilly).

I'm racing Liberty Oly this year.  I have heard good things.  The crowd is pretty small.  Are you saying you don't LOVE the Uncle Sam graphics?? 

I know they are close dates, but I think that Buffalo can be cooler on average.
