four months to the day! and loving every minute of it! thanks to all of the wonderful BTers that I have met and all the encouragement! i am now forty pounds lighter....quit smoking about three months ago! and now I run up to twelve miles...pedal my a$$ all over town (no I am not a hooker) and have just finally after much anxiety have joined a local masters team and actually beginning to like to swim! my first PRACTICE triathlon will be at the end of next month...and my first tri will be with my daughter in San Diego in May!

and I really have not felt this good in years!!

it will be 1-year on May 25th.  I totally stumbled on to the site when searching for a triathlon.  I have logged my workouts for years and love this feature!  It's fun reading the forums as well.
