Last night my wife says that if my mother in law has to host Easter brunch she's going to come unglued and asked me to call restaurants close to her parents house for Easter brunch reservations.  Oh flipping joy, considering I'm not UP on the restaurants in that area and google only gets you so far.

So what Last Minute stuff has your spouse asked you to do that it would seem a miracle if you pulled it off?

For the longest time this was the phone call that I dreaded the most "T...I know it's Wednesday, can you put together a dinner party for people at work for this Friday?"
It would have been ok if it was just dinner for 6 but it was always dinner for 10+ including their significant others and sometimes children.

Arggg!!!!

no dinner to make but it does involve the kitchen. the kitchen floor in a home we were renting. first off we had permission from the landlord to do this(one year earlier) but i though it had blown over.

picture coming home my wife meets me on the porch and says guess what i did?
she had pulled up about 2/3 of the old crusty linolium from the kitchen floor. ok now i have got to put new lino down, a project i thought i had avoided since we were to be out of the house in two weeks. i could have killed her.

edit to add: dog eat dog challenge is still on but the OP of this thread is avoiding weighing in, is he scared? huh puppy

yes i know he isnt feeling well. kick the dog when he is down
