I had a 28mile bike ride yesterday morning, starting at 5:00am, so I decided to let myself sleep in today and take a day off...

Good day to all! Cold NC morning! Just put more logs on the fire and stretched.

45 min stationary bike after work then off for some 12 oz arm curls at the bar... It's our quarterly office "boy's night out".

Rock on!

32 mile ride on the indoor trainer this morning with some intervals thrown in to make it interesting. Worked out to be an 80 minute ride.

1500 meters in the pool scheduled for afterwork today.

I think it's supposed to be in the mid 30's tomorrow down our way in Florida which is a change of pace for us. Probably really cold up the East Coast if were getting mid 30's.

Well, after my hilarious first ride for 2005,(see post with question), I'll be doing an easy 4.5 mi. run on grass and road. Hopefully I won't fall down on this one!

Today's plan:

gentle yoga -DONE
running with my son

That might be it. But if I'm feeling enthusiastic -which right now seems unlikely- I'll do some circuit training this evening.

Noworries eh! Its almost Christmas time!
