Subject: POLAR Op & Fit tests results
This morning as first thing in the day I did again, after several months, the Polar tests.
I own an S625X and here my results:

Op Test
Optimizer: 2
Baseline: 2
Normal: 2
Rest HR: 37 (I was at 36 during the test)
Peak HR: 67
Stand HR: 55

Fit Test
OwnINDEX: 72
HRmax-p: 177 (I was at 181 during my last race in the week end on a huge hill)

Can you post yours please? of course if you own a Polar!

Plissken, do you think that the test can be "fiddled" or results modified.

Reason - yesterday, I did the test and stood up a little quicker that I usually do, the second 2 figues were much higher than normal and as a result, I got a 3= training effect. I repeated straight after and got 2 = normal

any thoughts?

You need to make the test the day after a full rest for best results.
