Got lost, thanks mapquest!!! SOOO, my pre race routine/warm-up was limited to me getting in a sip of water, doing my best to make sure the pipes were clean before the run, and the running down to the finnish line. yay

I was worried since this was my first race this season. I haven't been running much at all due to my knee/ankle/it band issues. I've only been in PT for a month now and if I do any running, it's on soft ground. Most of my training has been on eliptical. Anyway, I was worried I would be in pain. However, I only noticed mild pain while running in my knee. My ankles were both in a bit of pain as well, which I attribute to not getting to warm up and stretch properly. Overall, I am pleased. It's a PR for me and I'm out of shape and injured...so I'm looking forward to this season....I'm gonna whjoop some ass when everything comes together.
Post race
Warm down:

Small jog around the parking lot and LOTS of stretching, mobix, and icing. Oh, and lots of grapes, coffee and hoagies :)

Great Job!  Congrats on the PR!

Nice to meet you briefly.  You'll have to let me know what you think about the Boot Camp.  Good luck with that and your season.
